Rezolve AI had acquired SmartPay and needed to unify the product under the Rezolve brand. The problem was not just a name change - SmartPay had its own design language, app architecture, and user base. Merging two distinct product identities into a single coherent brand experience without disrupting existing users or confusing the market is one of the hardest execution challenges in post-acquisition integration.
Every week the acquired product continued operating under the SmartPay identity, it reinforced brand fragmentation across the Rezolve ecosystem. Enterprise retail partners evaluating Rezolve's commerce platform encountered two visual identities, two UX patterns, and two narrative frameworks. That inconsistency introduced doubt about organizational maturity at exactly the moment Rezolve needed to project unified capability.
For a publicly traded company building an integrated agentic commerce platform, a fragmented product identity is not a design inconvenience - it is a strategic liability that undermines the unified platform narrative investors and enterprise buyers need to see.
We rebranded SmartPay to Rezolve Pay, redesigned the mobile app from the ground up, and rebuilt the website to unify the entire product suite under a single brand architecture and design system.
The unified brand now presents Rezolve's full commerce platform - from Brain Suite to Rezolve Pay - as a single, cohesive product ecosystem. Rezolve AI trades publicly on NASDAQ under RZLV.
