Overview
PredictSpring built a mobile commerce platform purpose-built for brands and retailers - powering native consumer mobile apps alongside the store associate apps that connect both sides of the retail experience. The product had genuine category differentiation. The challenge was acquisition at scale: converting brand and retail marketing decision-makers into customers through digital channels already dominated by much larger incumbents.
In retail software, vendor shortlists are built on demonstrated category authority. Every quarter PredictSpring did not appear in the feeds of the right marketing and e-commerce leaders was a quarter their consumer-app and associate-app category was being defined by louder, better-funded competitors - regardless of product parity.
For a platform whose thesis depends on unifying in-store and online commerce, the inability to reach the retail marketers who buy and champion that unification is not a creative problem - it is a pipeline problem that compounds with every campaign left unoptimized.
We partnered with the PredictSpring marketing team to architect a scalable performance marketing program: creative direction, ad design, audience targeting, and digital strategy built to drive demo requests and trial adoption from enterprise retail decision-makers.
The program gave PredictSpring a repeatable performance engine to compete for retail category attention and consistently convert high-intent retail marketers into the top of their enterprise sales funnel.
